Cream cheese & Sausage dip

This dip is a must for tail gate parties or any sporting event.  Take it to a potluck and watch out, it gets gobbled up quickly!

Ingredients:

• 1 “tube” of breakfast sausage, crumbled and browned
• 2 blocks of cream cheese
• 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (I like the one with green chili’s personally…)
• 1 bag of Tortilla chips for dipping

How to make it:

1. Throw all of that into a crockpot and set it.  Turn the crockpot on high until the cheese melts, stirring frequently. When cheese melts and all ingredients are mixed together turn the crock pot on low or warm.
